I've booked 10 dates to deliver you 10 sessions to improve your physique, ready for the spring. Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm in the gymnasium at Durrington High School. 10 Dates: January 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, February 3rd, 10th, 24th, March 3rd, 10th and 17th. Please sign up for all sessions you intend to come to.
