Hayling Island - West Beach

West beach is owned by the local golf club and kitesports are regualted by the local CBK shop/school. Membership of the club is required to use this spot and it can be purchased daily or annually. The location boasts a sandbar that appears 4 hours either side of high tide - this creates a flat water lagoon stretching over 1km out to sea. Due to the sandbar, supervised kitesurfing is possible in all wind directions.
