One of the Largest Bootcamps in Sussex.
Offering various intensity training sessions such as: teamwork drills, functional equipment circuits, boxing and HIIT circuits, our team of professionals will train you to: lose body fat, increase your energy levels, relieve stress, increase your overall fitness and improve mobility.

Monday - 9.15 - 10.15 & 19.00 - 20.00
Tuesday - 9.15 - 10.15
Wednesday - 6.15 - 7.00
Thursday - 9.15 - 10.15 & 19.00 - 20.00
Friday - 6.15 - 7.00
Saturday - 7.45 - 8.45

Please note on Bank Holidays we only run the 9.15am class on Mondays
